flimsy and poorly thought out. don't be fooled by its sleek lines!
got this @ costco.com and was shocked to see the cheesy build. apart from the insubstantial fabrication, the most glaring deficits include the user having to manually press "off" when the cooking/toasting function ends, otherwise the machine stays "on" and the ringer keeps beeping until you press "off.". this is insane! it means that each and every time your toast is done, you must remember to press that idiotic " off" keypad. how hard would it have been to design an oven that turns off automatically?
however, the most serious flaw involves the fact that the inner side walls (where the tray rests during the cooking) have a 5 inch break in the mid section so that when you slide the tray out, the break causes the tray to fall forward and unless you are super diligent, you will be wearing your oven contents or cleaning the mess off your counter/floor. i certainly would suggest you look around for an oven whose designers/engineers have actually used the oven before...
